Preparing an existing epoxy floor for a re-coat garage application- PICS

Inherit an old epoxy garage floor?  Need a re-coat of your epoxy system?  Concrete garage floor needs help?  We can help.

Yes, by preparing the floor correctly, you can successfully apply a new coat of epoxy over the old.  Here are some basic steps:


  1. Inspect, make sure the floor is sound and down tight
  2. Degrease.  Degrease the entire floor
  3. Repair any peeled or damaged areas
  4. Screen the floor 
  5. Solvent wipe the floor
  6. Apply coatings
